Gansett Home Watch, LLC is a professional insured Home Watch and Concierge Company serving the local areas of Narragansett. We check your property and identify problems or potential problems that can occur while your property is un-occupied. We provide a physical presence that is not available through a remote alarm monitoring service. We can help with most requests you have by contacting us.

Home Watch services are beneficial for homeowners who are often away from their properties, including vacation owners, snowbirds, rental property owners, busy professionals, and those with extended travel schedules. They can also be useful for individuals who may be away for a month or more due to illness, travel, or other circumstances. 

We will send you a report upon completion of our visit to your home. Any problems identified will be accompanied by pictures and details of the problem. Recommended solutions will be provided.  If there is something urgent identified we will contact you immediately to discuss what course of action you desire.

Yes.  We know that Narragansett has plenty of college student rentals. Hiring Gansett Home Watch to do periodic visits to the property is perfect way to make sure the property is not being abused.  Chances are, college students do not report or care about minor issues until they become BIG PROBLEMS! Having us visit the property will provide peace of mind.  

Have a PLUMBING problem? NO problem, we have you covered!  Gansett Home Watch owner, Michael Surtel, is a licensed Master plumber and can work with you to solve your plumbing issue(s).  Should you require additional home maintenance services, we have a large network of skilled contractors and vendors that can assess your situation and recommend solutions.

No. Property managers handle other real estate activity, including leasing and management of real estate for a fee, negotiating lease terms, and handling security deposits and rental receipts. We do not provide these services or directly manage rental or investment properties. Home Watch is a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues.
