For Weekly/Bi-Weekly/Monthly Visits

Verify all doors and windows are properly secured to minimize chance of break-ins
Walk exterior perimeter
Check for evidence of water leaks or damage
Check for visual signs of mold and mildew
Visual inspection for signs of insects and or rodents
Run faucets, tub and showers, test sink disposals, and flush toilets
Inspect water heater functionality
Test thermostats for AC or Heat
Secure home upon exit
Check electric panel for tripped breakers
IMMEDIATE reporting to client of any abnormalities found
